This program is intended for newly promoted supervisors as well as aspiring sworn and civilian employees. The program is focused on the key
elements of leadership.
Spanning four weeks, this virtual class consists of bi-weekly virtual live classes. The students will have at-home assignments to supplement each week’s lesson.
This virtual class will afford students the opportunity to learn from peers and network with other professionals across the country.
