The Southwest Virgina Criminal Justice Training Academy will be conducting a First-Line Supervisors School on April 21^st – 25^th, 2025.

• Supervising Multiple Generations
• Duty to Intervene
• Officer Induced Jeopardy
• Surviving Verbal Conflict
• Leadership and Ethics
• Dealing with Toxic Employees

Tuition: Free to member agencies

               $500.00 for non-members

In-service: This will be a complete in-service to include legal and cultural diversity.
