Defensive Tactics Instructor Course

Southwest Va. Criminal Justice Training Academy will be conducting a Defensive Tactics Instructor Course on December 2^nd, 2024 – December 10^th, 2024.  Note: This is a 7-day school.

Course Information

• Class size is limited.
• Students must have a minimum of two years experience with a criminal justice agency to be accepted.
• Students must be a general instructor.
• Students should be in good physical condition.
• Students will be required to complete a minimum of 24 hours of apprenticeship to be certified.

Tuition: Free to member agencies

                $700.00 for non-members

In-service hours will be awarded.
