The Federal Bureau of Investigation will be conducting an Interviewing and Interrogation Class on August 7-8, 2023 at the Southwest Virginia Criminal Justice Training Academy.

This two-day course is designed specifically for law enforcement officers and will provide continuing education on various disciplines to include active listening, detecting deception, cognitive interviewing, strategic introduction of evidence, and various interview and interrogation strategies.  The class will use both lecture and interactive learning techniques to engage participants in successful interrogation strategies.  This course is designed for all levels of experience.

In-service: Career development hours will be awarded

Dress Code: Dress code while attending academy training is business casual.  No jeans or t-shirts are permitted.
